Well today marks the first tropical storm of the 2014 season. Around 1:00pm local time (+10GMT) the local National Weather Service issued the first advisory for the upcoming wet season. At this time there is no direct danger to the island of Guam but resident will need to keep a close watch on the direction of the storm.
